Terms of use

Private personal use

Hermes Personal Unraid is a privately operated assistant for its owner. This information website does not offer public registration or a commercial hosted assistant. Access to the private application is limited to people authorized by its operator.

Connected accounts

Connect only accounts and expense groups that you are entitled to access. Google and Microsoft permissions are granted through their own consent flows and may be revoked at any time. The operator’s privacy policy explains how this deployment handles connected data.

Review actions and answers

AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information and requested changes. Email sends require an explicit request; expense changes require review. The assistant’s permission to access data does not authorize unrelated actions or use of another person’s account.

Availability

This personal deployment depends on the owner’s server and external services. It may be changed, disconnected or unavailable. No service-level commitment is offered through these information pages.

Independent services

Google, Microsoft, Tricount, OpenRouter and Cloudflare operate their own services under their own applicable terms. This deployment is independently operated and is not endorsed by those providers or the Hermes software maintainers.
